Resection of Acute Ventricular Aneurysm and Ruptured Interventricular Septum after Myocardial Infarction

Abstract

AMONG the anatomic derangements that follow myocardial infarction are perforation of the interventricular septum, infarction or rupture of papillary muscle and the development of ventricular aneurysm.
