PARP1 is a novel independent prognostic factor for the poor prognosis of chordoma

Abstract

High expression of PARP1 is significantly associated with chordoma invasion and recurrence. PARP1 may become a potential biomarker for chordoma in predicting its recurrence and patients' prognosis.
