Dosimetric characteristics of new Czechoslovak neutron Si diodes are described and analysed. These diodes exhibit a sensitivity to neutrons one order of magnitude higher than the older type; ? U/Kn ~ 1.3 V.Gy-1 for a current of 25 mA.
