Abstract

Important economic sectors such as Agriculture still require the development of specialized software (for web and mobile platform) to enable faster and well-founded decision making processes. In this sense, the improvement of digital ecosystems for agriculture presents major challenges for researchers of information technology, as well as agronomy, agricultural engineering, biology, meteorology and others. In this paper we present an approach that includes the participation of end-users representants in the design process of a mobile application that supports farmers in the agrometeorological monitoring of their crops. This proposed approach uses some issues from psychodrama to improve the involvement of users during technical meetings and evaluation sessions of the mobile application. Results of this research indicate that both users and developers were benefited with this interaction once the product met users' needs and the developers have reduced the number of errors in the final version of the App.
