Abstract

An UV spectrophotometric method for the quantitative determination of Itraconazole, a highly potent antimycotic, in capsule was developed in present work. The parameters linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection and limit of quantitation were studied according to International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
