New potential targets for antifungal development

Abstract

AbstractWith the increasing number of immunocompromised hosts and advances in medical technology there has been a concomitant rise in the number of cases of invasive fungal infections. Novel approaches for the discovery of new antifungal targets and their inhibitors will be needed.
