Opportunities and current drivers for passive radar research

Abstract

This paper presents a summary of the current research directions and applications of passive radar. It is derived from the recent PCL Focus Days workshop, radar conferences and recent literature. The purpose of this paper (and its associated presentation) is to provide some background and context for the papers that are to be presented in the special session on Passive Radar.
