From 99 months up to 251 months after the accident, cytogenetic follow-up was performed on a male subject exposed to a high dose of gamma rays and fission neutrons. Whereas the yield of dicentrics showed, with time, a gradual decrease which fits relatively well to an exponential, the incidence of stable aberrations remained fairly unchanged.
