The study reports excision of the distal ulna in 86 wrists of 70 rheumatoid arthritis patients. Pain relief was achieved in 93 % of wrists and full rotation restored in 87 %, while 85 % showed further radio‑carpal joint destruction that did not compromise clinical outcomes. Other items: 1, 2, 3.
