PMMA injection to the midface may be associated with chronic inflammation, fibrotic nodules, yellowing of the skin, and eyelid malposition. Intralesional corticosteroid injections yielded minimal or no improvement; surgical debulking achieved favorable results. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE 4: Therapeutic.
