Abstract

In patients with TR ≥ 3+, MDCT demonstrated larger tricuspid annulus and RV dimensions and pronounced tethering of the anterior and septal tricuspid leaflet. The antero-posterior annulus diameter was independently correlated with the grade of functional TR.
