[Expression of PDCD5 in tissues of normal cervix, CIN I-III and cervical cancer].

Abstract

We found that the expression of PDCD5 was upregulated in CIN I and downregulated in CIN II, CIN III and cervical cancer. It suggests that PDCD5 is an important apoptosis regulating factor in the occurrence of cervical cancer.
