Etiology of Tsutsugamushi Disease

Abstract

A summary of these findings together with new facts and conclusions with regard to the etiology of this disease is of especial interest in connection with recent American contributions to the study of Rocky Mountain spotted fever.I have been very much pleased to find in Dr. Wolbach's recent detailed description of the organism found in the American fever, a very close similarity to the bodies which I found in the closely related Japanese disease.
