Abstract

The high myocardial uptake and the very high heart-to-lung and heart-to-liver uptake ratios indicate that the [(99m)Tc(N)(PNP)(L)](+) complexes exhibit very favorable distribution properties and could be used to obtain SPECT cardiac images with improved quality.
