Multiple primary synchronous malignant tumors

Abstract

The increased incidence of multiple malignant tumors is a real challenge to the clinician and clinical attention should be made to avoid a misdiagnosis. In addition an early diagnosis is essential to achieve a radical treatment. We believe that the treatment modality should be carefully made and tailored on the individual patient suffering from this disease.
