Substance Use in Patients With First-Episode Psychosis: Is Gender Relevant?

Abstract

Our study provides some evidence of gender differences in the pattern of substance use in patients with first-episode psychosis, suggesting the possible need for gender-specific approaches in the interventions performed in these patients.
