Abstract

Metabolomics is a suitable tool to discover the metabolic mechanism for improving lipid and DHA accumulation in a microorganism. 6-benzylaminopurine has the potential to stimulate lipid and DHA production of Aurantiochytrium sp.YLH70 for industrial purposes. © 2015 The Authors. <i>Journal of Chemical Technology & Biotechnology</i> published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd on behalf of Society of Chemical Industry.
