A painting tool that works on Windows operating system is developed. This tool have a real time hand blurring compensation function and helps users drawing smooth line. The blurring compensation is designed for occupational ther- apy of celebral palsy patients, having involuntary motion of their hands during drawing pictures on computers. A moving average method is fisrt applied to compensation and results in successful elimination of blurring. However, the sudden move of hands because of involuntary motion affects the tra- jectory of the mouse and cannot be eliminated by the mov- ing average method. A compulsory elimination of the sudden move is also incorporated in the tool.
