Abstract

The magnitude of MAP rise during HRS therapy with midodrine/octreotide or norepinephrine correlated with a reduction in sCr concentration. Our results suggest that achieving a pre-specified target of MAP increase might improve renal outcomes in hepatorenal AKI.
