Abstract

The main purpose of our research is to study structure-forming properties of blood plasma of patients with chronic interstitial pulmonary disease. 2 groups of patients were formed. 15 patients with interstitial lung fibrosis (ILF) were included in the 1-st group. 27 patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia (IIP) were included in the 2-nd group. The control group consisted of 15 healthy ones of same age group. There were three morphotypes of blood plasma fascias at ILP patients. Four morphotypes of blood plasma fascias have been found at IIP patients. The different morphotypes of blood plasma fascias could be connected with formation and accumulation of different types of modified proteins and extracellular nucleic acids in blood plasma of patients with the interstitial lung diseases. The analysis of structure-forming properties of disseminated forms of pulmonary tuberculosis were biological liquids by method of cuneal dehydration is one associated with the plaque structures and folded of the perspective directions of medical-biological structures in blood plasma fascias.
