The present study was undertaken to evaluate antioxidant activity of Chloroform, Ethanol, and Ethyl acetate fraction of B. diffusa L roo ots wh hi ich mi igh ht h hav ve im mp prov ved i its he ep pat topr rote ec ct tiv ve acti io on. Preliminary phytochemical testing showed the presence of high amount of tannins and phenolics in the various extracts of B. diffusa L.
