The analysis and characterization of 3,4-Methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV) is presented. Gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry (GC/MS), Fourier transform nuclear magnetic resonance (FTNMR) spectroscopy , solid phase Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometry data are presented.
