Perioperative management of patients with severe pulmonary hypertension in major orthopedic surgery: experience-based recommendations

Abstract

Our data show that major orthopedic surgery is feasible with satisfactory outcome even in cases of severe pulmonary hypertension by an individualized, disease-adapted interdisciplinary treatment concept.
