Migration of Multiple Sclerosis Lymphocytes Through Brain Endothelium

Abstract

The results demonstrate an increased migration rate of MS T lymphocytes across the brain endothelium barrier and that such migration is dependent on chemokine monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 and on matrix metalloproteinases.
