Abstract

These results demonstrate alterations in multiple pathways associated with β-adrenergic signaling and sarcolipin in the left ventricles of patients with isolated MR and LV ejection fraction>50%, suggesting a beneficial role for β-adrenergic blockade in isolated MR.
