<i>In vivo</i> pressure profiles of thigh-length graduated compression stockings

Abstract

Thigh-length graduated compression stockings may be most effective in bedridden patients. Knee-length stockings may be more suitable for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in ambulant patients.
