Pregnancy outcome after loop electrosurgical excision procedure for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Abstract

The preterm delivery rate was not higher among women who underwent LEEP than among untreated women. Preterm delivery was associated with cone size and cervical length in the second trimester.
