Perceived pain and satisfaction with medical rehabilitation after hospital discharge

Abstract

Our data indicate that postoperative pain from hip or knee replacement is associated with reduced satisfaction with medical rehabilitation. Better postoperative pain control may improve a patient's level of satisfaction.
