Patient‐controlled analgesia with oxycodone in the treatment of postcraniotomy pain

Abstract

PCA with oxycodone is a suitable method for pain control after craniotomy. No progressive hypoventilation, desaturation or excessive sedation were encountered. Ketoprofen appeared to be more effective than paracetamol.
