41.1: <i>Invited Paper</i> : High Performance TFT‐LCDs for AVC Applications

Abstract

Abstract Advanced‐Super‐View (ASV) technology is proposed to achieve high performance TFT‐LCDs, in this paper. The ASV‐LCDs have high performance characteristics such as high contrast, high brightness, wide‐viewing angle, and fast response. The ASV is very promising technology for applications of Audio‐Visual Computing.
