Lipoprotein (a) and acute‐phase response in patients with vestibular neuronitis

Abstract

Vestibular neuronitis episodes are associated with evidence of an acute inflammatory response as reflected by significant elevations in plasma fibrinogen and CRP concentrations, whereas Lp(a) behaves as a negative acute-phase reactant.
