Find out how your students learn. 2. Set appropriate learning targets. 3. Use appropriate teaching/learning methods. 4. Use appropriate assessment methods. 5. Monitor and evaluate your teaching. 6. Always try to improve your performance. 7. Keep yourself up-to-date.
