Abstract

Combined sutureless surgery needed shorter setup time for sclerotomy and caused less postoperative ocular irritation than combined surgery with 20-gauge vitrectomy. Therefore, this type of procedure would be a good option for selected cases with cataract and vitreoretinal diseases.
