Manganese intake and cholestatic jaundice in neonates receiving parenteral nutrition: a randomized controlled study

Abstract

We conclude that the pathogenesis of parenteral nutrition-related cholestasis is probably multifactorial, and that high manganese intake is a significant contributory factor.
