Liver glutathione concentrations in dogs and cats with naturally occurring liver disease

Abstract

Low GSH values are common in necroinflammatory liver disorders, extrahepatic bile duct occlusion, and feline hepatic lipidosis. Cats may have higher risk than dogs for low liver GSH concentrations.
