Nifedipine and ritodrine in the management of preterm labor: A randomized multicenter trial

Abstract

Nifedipine in comparison with ritodrine in the management of preterm labor is significantly associated with a longer postponement of deliver, fewer maternal side effects, and fewer admissions to the NICU.
