Sleep-related violence, injury, and REM sleep behavior disorder in Parkinson's disease

Abstract

PD patients with SRI frequently have behavioral features of RBD. If RBD underlies most SRI, treatment with appropriate pharmacologic agents, such as clonazepam, may prevent future occurrences of SRI.
