A New Micromethod for Lymphocyte Stimulation Using Whole Blood

Abstract

A new micromethod for stimulation of human lymphocytes is described. The use of small amounts of whole blood, microtiter plates, 125I-5-iodo-2'-deoxyuridine, 5-fluoro-2'-deoxyuridine and a multiple cell-culture harvester makes the method easy, rapid, reproducible and suitable for routine laboratory use.
