The paper focuses on the qualitative assessment of angiosperm flora of Bangladesh police academy, Rajshahi conducted during January 2012 to December 2012. A total of 302 species belonging to 243 genera under 84 families were recorded. Magnoliopsida (Dicotyledons) is represented by 69 families, 214 genera and 271 species, whereas Liliopsida (Monocotyledons) by 15 families, 29 genera and 31 species. Fabaceae is the largest family in Magniliopsida represented by 35 species and, in Liliopsida, Poaceae is the largest family with 9 species. For each species botanical name, local name, habit, relative occurrence, voucher number and family were provided.
