Hysteroscopic septal resection using unipolar resectoscope versus bipolar resectoscope: Prospective, randomized study

Abstract

The use of bipolar resectoscope is associated with lesser risk of hyponatremia compared to unipolar resectoscope. Bipolar resectoscopy is a safe alternative to unipolar resectoscopy with similar reproductive outcome.
