Calculation of the coordinate dependences of the effective pyroelectric coefficient under conditions of rectangular heat flux modulation with the use of digital methods for signal processing

Abstract

A method is proposed for determining the coordinate dependences of the effective pyroelectric coefficient with the use of digital methods for signal processing. An expression is derived for calculating the pyroelectric coefficient under conditions of heat flux modulation with rectangular pulses. The proposed method makes it possible to determine the polarization state of bulk ferroelectric materials.
