Preoperative Embolization of Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformations with Onyx

Abstract

A considerable risk for a permanent neurologic deficit remains for cAVM embolization with Onyx. The risk has to be carefully weighted against the benefit of volume reduction in the treatment of cAVMs.
