Critical spin-flip scattering at the helimagnetic transition of MnSi

Abstract

Using a new miniaturized low-cost spherical neutron polarimetry device, the authors investigate the nature of the magnetic phase transition in MnSi -- a material that has been of significant current interest as it is able to sustain magnetic skyrmion textures.
