Transcendental method in nonlinear circuittheory

Abstract

The problem of finding the analytical closed-form solution to the current in the RC diode nonlinear circuit is studied in some detail. The well-known differential equation for this circuit is reduced to the nondimensional transcendental equation of the form Y + A = BYb, 0 < Y < 1.
