Long-term outcome of renal transplantation in patients with idiopathic membranous glomerulonephritis (MN)

Abstract

The long-term patient survival was similar in renal transplant recipients with MN and in controls. The graft survival was lower in MN patients than in controls, although the difference was at borderline significance. Recurrence occurred in one-third of the patients and caused graft loss in half of them.
