Maternal tamoxifen treatment alters oocyte differentiation in the neonatal mice: Inhibition of oocyte development and decreased folliculogenesis

Abstract

The results indicate that tamoxifen suppresses follicular differentiation at early stages but does not affect the development of already differentiated follicles.
