Constraints from Type Ia supernovae on the Λ-CDM model in Randers-Finsler space

Abstract

Gravitational field equations in Randers-Finsler space of approximate Berwald type are investigated. A modified Friedmann equation and a new luminosity distance-redshift relation is proposed.
