Abstract

When voxels containing > or = 70% tumor are considered positive, the combined use of MR spectroscopy and diffusion-weighted MRI increases the specificity for prostate cancer detection while retaining the sensitivity compared with MR spectroscopy alone or diffusion-weighted MRI alone.
