MR imaging after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and surgery: a long-term follow-up study.

Abstract

Patients who undergo early surgery for aneurysmal SAH have more lesions than are revealed by CT. The difference is remarkable, especially in the frontal lobes.
