The impact of CYP3A5*3 on risk and prognosis in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Abstract

This study shows that genetics may play a role in the risk of developing childhood ALL and indicates that improved treatment stratification of childhood patients with ALL may require addition of host genetic information.
